Chijet Motor Director Resigns, No Dispute Involved

Chijet Motor Company (CJET) has released an update.

Chijet Motor Company has announced the resignation of Mr. Wen Li, an independent director, from its board of directors and the nominating and corporate governance committee due to personal reasons, effective June 3, 2024. The company clarified that his departure was not related to any disagreements regarding its operations, policies, or practices. A search is underway to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Li’s departure.
