Chesswood Shareholders Approve Board and Auditors

Chesswood (TSE:CHW) has released an update.

Chesswood Group Limited, a North American specialty finance firm, has announced the successful election of all director nominees and the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditors during their 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting. With a strong turnout, nearly 60% of eligible shares were represented, and the election results showed overwhelming support for the proposed board, with the majority of nominees receiving upwards of 99% approval from shareholders.
