Chesswood Group Limited has announced it will miss the August 14, 2024 deadline for filing its financial statements and MD&A for the first half of the year, due to the need to restate previously filed statements after discovering a system error affecting borrowing base covenants. The company has applied for a management cease trade order and is working to rectify the issues for prompt filing, while adhering to alternative information guidelines, including bi-weekly status reports.
