Chesnara plc announces the grant of share options to newly appointed Group Chief Financial Officer, Tom Howard, as part of his compensation package. The options are connected to performance targets over one, two, and three-year periods and are exercisable starting from May 2025 to May 2034. These grants align with the company’s Directors’ Remuneration Policy and aim to compensate for lost remuneration from Howard’s previous employer.
