Shareholders’ approval for the dividend is set for May 28, 2024, with the ex-dividend date on May 30, 2024, and the payment date on July 26, 2024. Non-resident enterprise and individual shareholders will be subject to a 10% withholding tax on the dividend, as specified by the company.
