Chemomab Annual Meeting and Key Proposals

Chemomab Therapeutics Ltd. (CMMB) has released an update.

Chemomab Therapeutics Ltd. invites its shareholders to the Annual General Meeting on June 10, 2024, in Israel, to vote on key proposals including director elections and share capital increase. Shareholders as of April 25, 2024, will receive voting cards and are urged to vote, with the board recommending a vote ‘FOR’ on all items. The meeting will also discuss the previous year’s financial statements and any shareholder with a minimum 5% voting power can propose additional agenda items by May 10, 2024.
