Cheetah Net CFO Resigns, CEO Assumes Interim Role

Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service, Inc. Class A (CTNT) has provided an announcement.

Robert Cook, CFO of Cheetah Net Supply Chain Service Inc., has announced his resignation effective August 30, 2024, for personal reasons, not due to any dispute with the company. Huan Liu, the CEO, will take over as interim CFO while the company searches for Cook’s replacement. Despite his resignation, Cook will remain available for part-time consulting. He will receive severance payments including unpaid salary, an annual bonus, and a stock incentive payment, as per the terms of his Resignation Agreement. The company has publicly announced the resignation and detailed the separation terms in a Current Report on Form 8-K.
