Checkit plc (GB:CKT) has released an update.
Checkit plc has announced that CFOO Greg Price will leave the Board on September 30, 2024, to explore new opportunities. He will be succeeded by Kris Shaw, who brings nearly two decades of finance experience and was previously CFO at Smartspace Software plc. CEO Kit Kyte expressed gratitude for Price’s contributions and confidence in Shaw’s ability to drive future growth for the company.
