Check-Cap Ltd. invites shareholders to an Extraordinary General Meeting on April 25, 2024, to vote on executive compensation and the ratification of Board appointments. Shareholders as of March 25, 2024, will have the right to vote in person or by proxy, with the Board recommending votes ‘for’ the listed proposals. The meeting will address the approval of interim executive compensation and confirm the appointment of several Board members.
