Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited successfully closed its share purchase offering exclusively for New Zealand residents, raising CA$265,097.68 through the issuance of over 3 million shares. The company plans to use the proceeds for the development of the Korella North mine, the permitting process for the Avenir Makatea project, and general working capital. The raised funds are also expected to support the company’s operations and future projects into 2025.
