Chartwell Retirement Residences has declared a monthly cash distribution of $0.051 per Trust Unit, payable on May 15, 2024, to unitholders on record as of April 30, 2024. Investors have the chance to reinvest these distributions through Chartwell’s DRIP program, which also provides a 3% bonus in additional units, enhancing their stake without extra costs. Additionally, Chartwell provided a forecast update for its same property occupancy rates, projecting figures up to May 31, 2024.
