Chartwell Retirement Residences has declared a monthly cash distribution of $0.051 per Trust Unit, payable on June 17, 2024, to unitholders on record as of May 31, 2024. Investors have the option to reinvest their cash distributions through the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRIP), which allows the purchase of additional units without fees and includes a 3% bonus in units. Chartwell, a leading operator serving over 25,000 Canadian seniors, offers a range of housing options from independent living to long term care.
