Charmacy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has announced successful passage of all resolutions at their Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 20, 2024, including the approval of the Board’s reports and financial statements, the re-election of directors and supervisors, and the declaration of a final dividend for 2023. The approved resolutions also include the re-appointment of SHINEWING Certified Public Accountants as auditors and the authorization of a comprehensive revolving credit line not exceeding RMB 2.4 billion.
