Fidus Investment ( (FDUS) ) has issued an announcement.

Charles D. Hyman has announced his resignation from the Board of Directors of Fidus Investment Corporation, effective October 29, 2024. His departure, including from his roles on the Audit and Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees, is amicable and not due to any disagreements with the company’s operations or policies. Following his exit, the Board has decided to decrease its size from six to five members.
