Charisma Energy Services Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Cho Form Po as the new Company Secretary, succeeding Ms. Zhan Aijuan, effective from 10th July 2024. The company’s Board of Directors expressed gratitude to Ms. Zhan for her contributions during her tenure. The announcement, overseen by the company’s sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance, has not been vetted by the Singapore Exchange.
