Chariot Limited, an Africa-focused transitional energy company, has announced a fundraising effort to secure approximately $8 million through a combination of a placing, subscription, and open offer at 6.5 pence per share. The proceeds are aimed at advancing the company’s project portfolio, including the development of gas projects in Morocco and a new venture with significant potential. Key upcoming activities include offshore drilling in Morocco and a flow test on the Loukos licence, both slated for the third quarter of 2024.
