Dhruv brings a wealth of experience, including his tenure as CFO of RingCentral and his background in finance and accounting, while Khetani has been serving as the interim CFO since the previous year. Their appointments come as the company looks forward to leveraging their expertise to navigate the financial markets, with Dhruv also receiving standard compensation and indemnification agreements. Additionally, the company’s stockholders participated in the annual meeting, electing directors, ratifying the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors, and approving executive compensation.
