Character Group PLC has repurchased and cancelled 5,000 of its own shares at a consistent price of 275 pence each as part of its ongoing share buyback program. This transaction adjusts the company’s total voting rights to 18,758,898 shares. Additionally, the company corrected a previous announcement regarding its buyback capacity, clarifying its authority to purchase up to 2,815,000 ordinary shares.
