Character Group PLC Executes Share Buyback Plan

Character (GB:CCT) has released an update.

Character Group PLC has repurchased 2,900 of its own shares at a consistent price of 274 pence each as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. The repurchased shares have been cancelled, and the company now holds 1,983,059 shares in treasury with 18,728,391 shares in issue. This move may influence shareholder voting calculations under the FCA’s rules.
