Character (GB:CCT) has released an update.
Character Group PLC successfully executed a share buyback on June 10, 2024, purchasing 7,500 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 332 pence per share, as part of its previously announced Programme. The buyback resulted in the shares being cancelled, leaving the company with 18,693,523 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) and consequently setting the total voting rights to the same number. This transaction is part of Character’s ongoing effort to manage its capital effectively.
