Character (GB:CCT) has released an update.
Character Group PLC has successfully executed a share buyback program, purchasing 12,500 of its ordinary shares at a price of 336.75 GB pence each, leading to the cancellation of the repurchased shares. This transaction has left the company with 2,100,159 treasury shares and a total of 18,701,023 shares with voting rights. The buyback is part of an ongoing effort to manage the company’s capital structure.
