Character Group plc (GB:CCT) has released an update.
Character Group plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 9,800 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 275.9 GB pence per share on May 1, 2024, as part of its previously announced buyback programme. The acquired shares have been cancelled, reducing the total number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) to 18,917,556, which also represents the total voting rights in the company. Shareholders may use this new total to assess changes in their shareholding percentage as required by the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
