Chanson International Updates Warrant Terms for Holders

Chanson International Holding Class A (CHSN) has released an update.

Chanson International Holding has announced a significant amendment to their Class A Ordinary Share Purchase Warrant, allowing warrant holders to adjust their rights and participate in distributions as if they had exercised their warrants prior to any record date for such distributions. This amendment ensures that warrantholders are entitled to acquire Purchase Rights and participate in Distributions, aligning their interests with those of existing shareholders. The changes, governed by New York State law, are effective immediately upon execution and maintain the rest of the Purchase Warrant’s provisions unchanged.
