Chanjet Information Technology Co., Ltd. has announced a new partnership with Unicredit Company, starting from October 14, 2024, to provide technology services for corporate information collection and processing until December 31, 2025. This deal is classified as a continuing connected transaction as Unicredit is an associate of Chanjet’s controlling shareholder, Yonyou Network. The agreement is subject to reporting and annual review but does not require independent shareholder approval.
