CHANGE Holdings Completes Share Buyback Phase

CHANGE Holdings,Inc. (JP:3962) has released an update.

CHANGE Holdings, Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of 872,900 of its ordinary shares for a total of 1,090,416,200 yen, between July 1, 2024, and July 18, 2024, through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This move is part of a larger treasury shares buyback program, where the company plans to acquire up to 3,650,000 shares for 4,745 million yen by the end of 2024.
