Change Financial Ltd (AU:CCA) has released an update.

Change Financial Limited has announced a new securities issue, proposing the release of up to 10 million ordinary fully paid shares under a securities purchase plan, with a record date of August 30, 2024, and an offer closing on September 19, 2024. Additionally, the company plans to issue a maximum of 46.67 million shares and 500,000 options through a placement or other type of issue, with an issue date set for September 6, 2024.
