Change Financial Director Bolsters Shareholding

Change Financial Ltd (AU:CCA) has released an update.

Ian Leijer, a director of Change Financial Limited, has increased his indirect investment in the company by participating in the Share Purchase Plan announced on September 2, 2024. He acquired an additional 400,000 ordinary shares at $0.075 each, which now brings his interest in Nareenen Pty Ltd and Goggomobile Investments Pty Limited to 5,825,327 and 1,461,649 shares respectively.
