With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and auditing, and credentials from prestigious institutions, Mr. Ng’s appointment has allowed the company to regain compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules. The Board has expressed a warm welcome to Mr. Ng as he takes on his new role.
