Champion Technology Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Ng Kwok Leung as the new Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, effective from 1 June 2024, filling the vacancy created by Mr. Chan Wai’s resignation. With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and auditing, and credentials from prestigious institutions, Mr. Ng’s appointment has allowed the company to regain compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules. The Board has expressed a warm welcome to Mr. Ng as he takes on his new role.
