Champion Technology Holdings Limited has successfully completed the placement of 136,764,000 new shares, raising approximately HK$23 million. The proceeds will be allocated to general working capital, with a focus on the renewable energy business and potential investments in the green energy sector. Following the placement, the shareholding structure has changed, with Placees now holding 16.67% of the company.
