Challenger Energy Group PLC has announced the successful completion of Charlestown Energy Partners LLC’s investment, which includes a £1.5 million loan set to convert into shares, representing an 8.7% company interest post-conversion. The investment will support technical activities on the company’s offshore license in Uruguay. Additionally, Charlestown’s Managing Member, Mr. Robert Bose, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to Challenger Energy’s Board.
