Chakana Copper Corp. is set to commence a fully-funded 3,000m drill program at its Soledad project in Peru, targeting the Mega-Gold copper-gold porphyry, the La Joya high-sulfidation epithermal gold-silver zone, and the Estremadoyro tourmaline breccia pipe, with operations starting by April 1, 2024. The company focuses on a 12 km² zoned mineral system, including a large 2.5 km² area with gold soil anomalies and strong geophysical responses, indicating significant mineralization potential. This strategic exploration is expected to test various geological environments within a promising Miocene mineral belt.
