CH Robinson Announces Election and Committee Appointments of New Directors

The latest announcement is out from CH Robinson (CHRW).

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. welcomed new directors Michael H. McGarry and Paige K. Robbins following their election at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Board of Directors later appointed McGarry to the Talent & Compensation and Governance Committees, while Robbins joined the Audit Committee, with both assignments taking effect on August 8, 2024.
