CGN Resources Ltd. (AU:CGR) has released an update.

CGN Resources Ltd. has affirmed its commitment to high ethical standards and corporate governance in line with the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s recommendations. While the company adheres to most guidelines, including clear role definitions for board and management, and written agreements with directors, it has yet to establish measurable objectives for gender diversity. CGN believes setting formal diversity targets is currently not appropriate due to the company’s size.
