CGN Power Co., Ltd. has successfully issued the first tranche of medium-term notes for 2024, raising RMB 2.4 billion with a three-year maturity period and an interest rate of 1.99%. The funds raised are slated for repaying existing debts and borrowings of the company’s subsidiaries. The notes, managed by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, were publicly offered in the PRC’s interbank debenture market.
