Cetus Capital’s Strategic Merger and Nasdaq Transition

An update from Cetus Capital Acquisition Corp. Class A (CETU) is now available.

Cetus Capital Acquisition Corp. has successfully completed a strategic business combination with MKD Technology Inc. and its affiliates, leading to the creation of a new entity under MKDWELL Tech. This major move resulted in the cessation of Cetus’ trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market, with MKDWELL Tech’s shares and warrants set to start trading on The Nasdaq Stock Market under new symbols. Concurrently, some of Cetus’ directors and executive officers stepped down, and the company also amended its Certificate of Incorporation, reflecting these transformative changes.
