Cerro de Pasco Resources Inc. has successfully conducted its annual general meeting, securing near-unanimous support for all resolutions, including the election of eight directors. The company expressed gratitude to retiring board member Keith Brill and welcomed John Carr, an experienced chemical engineer with a background in tailings reprocessing, as a new director.
