Cerrado Gold (TSE:CERT) has released an update.
Cerrado Gold Inc. has filed its Q1 financials in an effort to lift the Cease Trade Order imposed by the Ontario Securities Commission, with plans to submit an application to the TSX Venture Exchange for resuming trading. The company expects trading to recommence within two days following the approval. Cerrado Gold is actively involved in gold production and exploration in South America and also manages an iron ore and vanadium project in Quebec, Canada.
