Cerence Announces CFO Resignation and Interim Leadership Plan

Cerence (CRNC) has issued an announcement.

Daniel Tempesta has resigned as CFO of Cerence Inc. for personal reasons, effective May 17, 2024, with no disagreements reported with the company. A search for a new CFO is underway, with interim financial leadership provided by President and CEO Stefan Ortmanns and VP and Corporate Controller Katherine Roman. Roman brings a wealth of experience from her time at the company and previous roles at Nuance Communications.
