Centuria Capital Group has upped its ownership in Centuria Bass Credit to 80% by acquiring an additional 30% stake for $57 million, reflecting confidence in the real estate finance sector. The acquisition was strategically funded through equal parts cash and CNI scrip, with the total investment aligning with Centuria’s vision for future earnings growth. With assets under management now at $1.7 billion, Centuria Bass is poised to capture more of the non-bank lending market.
