Centrica plc has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 1 million shares at an average price of 114.67 pence each, through Goldman Sachs International. This brings the total shares bought since August to over 96 million, reflecting Centrica’s strategic move to manage its capital and enhance shareholder value. The company now holds approximately 441 million shares in treasury, amidst a total of over 5.1 billion shares in issue.
