Centrica PLC has reported that Kevin O’Byrne, a non-executive director, and Elaine O’Byrne, associated with him, have collectively purchased 150,000 shares of the company. The shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange with Kevin buying 110,000 shares at £1.308 each, and Elaine purchasing 40,000 shares at £1.304312 each. This significant investment by company insiders could indicate their confidence in Centrica’s future prospects.
