Centrica (GB:CNA) has released an update.
Centrica PLC, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, has purchased 2,140,000 of its own shares to hold as treasury shares, as part of its ongoing share repurchase program initiated in October 2023. The shares were bought through BNP Paribas Financial Markets S.N.C. at a volume weighted average price of 131.2321 pence, bringing the total number of treasury shares to 551,318,339.
