Centrica (GB:CNA) has released an update.
Centrica plc has announced the acquisition of 2,120,000 of its own shares at 134.4697 pence per share, as part of its 2023-2024 share repurchase program initiated last October. These shares will now be held as treasury shares. Since the start of the program, the company has bought back over 263 million shares, investing a total of approximately £366 million.
