Central Plains Bancshares Announces Directorship Changes

Central Plains Bancshares, Inc. (CPBI) just unveiled an update.

Brett Duff retired from his director positions at Central Plains Bancshares, Inc. and Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, prompting the boards to appoint Steven G. Schneider as a new director for both entities. Schneider is also expected to join the Compensation Committee and has no undisclosed arrangements or relevant transactions with the organizations.
