Central Petroleum Limited (AU:CTP) has released an update.
Central Petroleum Limited has introduced a Sale Facility allowing shareholders with less than A$500 of shares to sell their holdings without brokerage or handling fees, aimed at reducing administrative costs. Shareholders must opt-out by 5 June 2024 if they prefer to retain their shares, with the Sale Facility improving efficiency for both the company and small parcel shareholders.
