Central China Securities Co., Ltd. has announced the appointment of Mr. Guo Liangyong as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the executive committee, succeeding Mr. Li Zhaoxin, who resigned from his role in accounting due to work arrangements. Mr. Guo’s extensive experience in finance and management is expected to contribute significantly to the company’s ongoing development and he will serve until the current board’s term ends on November 9, 2024. The company has expressed gratitude to Mr. Li Zhaoxin for his dedicated service and contributions to financial management and reforms.
