Following her departure, the company has withdrawn the resolution related to her re-election, which was scheduled for the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) on 28 June 2024. The company expressed appreciation for Ms. Wu’s contributions during her tenure and affirmed that other details of the AGM remain unchanged.
