Centogene NV Announces Nasdaq Delisting

Centogene NV (CNTG) has released an update.

Centogene N.V., a life science company specializing in rare and neurodegenerative diseases, has announced that its common stock will be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market due to non-compliance with the minimum market value requirement. Starting August 8, 2024, the stock is expected to trade on the OTC Markets Group platform under the symbol ‘CNTGF’, with plans to transition to the OTCQX Market.
