Centogene N.V. has announced the postponement of the resignations of Peer Schatz and Mary Sheahan from its Supervisory Board to October 15, 2024. The company had previously reported their resignations effective September 30, 2024, but the Supervisory Board has approved the deferral. This move comes amidst a period of transitions within the company’s governance structure.
