Centene (CNC) has shared an announcement.
Centene Corporation has expanded its Board of Directors from 10 to 11 members and welcomed Thomas Greco to fill the new position. Greco, with a distinguished career including leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts and Frito-Lay North America, as well as board positions at Tapestry, Inc., Sabra Dipping Company, and the American Heart Association, brings a wealth of experience to Centene’s board. His term will last until the 2025 annual stockholders’ meeting, and he will receive the standard compensation for non-employee directors. There are no reported conflicts of interest or family ties affecting his appointment.
